Responsibilities

  • Conduct processes like repairs, inventories, and maintenance operations through Asset Management strategies, delivering savings to customers and additional business to Rockwell Automation
  • Implement techniques of Asset Management Professional to produce customer benefits and AMR business
  • Manage multiple Engineering projects and transactional services on behalf of Rockwell Automation and targeted Customers
  • Provide monthly financial and savings reports
  • Work with client departments including plant management, engineering, purchasing and distributors to identify efficiency plans for maintenance
  • Offer information about equipment delivery times, repairs, replacements, sales orders, and delivery schedules (pre and post-Sales)
  • Serve as the customer contact on technical and service-related inquiries, such as verifying quality and accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments by audits
  • Help the customer reduce the cost of maintenance on site whilst increasing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
