Requirements

  • Recognize bits and bases
  • Operate and assemble bits and bases in the correct position according to specifications (bit type, length, item, base type)
  • Check the first product against SOP and sample
  • Submit the first product for supervisor confirmation
  • Achieve company production targets and quality standards (Week 1: trial; Week 2: 70-80%; Week 3: 90-100%)
  • Use PPE correctly (safety glasses, ear plugs, safety shoes, company uniform)

Responsibilities

  • Assemble bits and bases correctly to meet standards
  • Package OK products according to company standards
  • Maintain 5S hygiene and clean the area when handing over to the next shift
  • Record shift reports accurately (every hour, correct production volume)
  • Fill in employee card number for completed process stages
  • Enter production volume honestly (input exactly what is produced)
