Requirements

  • Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
  • Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards
  • Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)
  • Preferred experience in assembly, production line, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environments
  • Experience in a fast-paced production environment is a plus
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with colleagues
  • Flexibility to adapt to the department's needs
  • Demonstrated ability to provide training and share knowledge with team members
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to documented procedures
  • Capability to plan workload with support from a supervisor
  • Ability to identify problems and suggest practical solutions
  • Previous experience in hand assembly required

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and pack various kits strictly following the production plan
  • Perform in-line quality checks during the assembly process to ensure the output meets our high standards
  • Complete all relevant documentation in compliance with cGMP and our Quality System
  • Maintain a clean work area, adhering to 5S requirements and Health and Safety procedures
  • Collect and store products in cold storage as needed
  • Conduct effective clean down of areas after each manufacturing run (line clearance)
  • Identify and promptly report any issues with components, equipment, processes, or documentation to the management team
  • Suggest and implement process improvements in collaboration with the area management, applying Continuous Improvement techniques
  • Use our document control system to locate and print necessary documents
