Requirements

The ideal candidate is a hands-on creative with experience in art direction for events and activations, capable of developing bold ideas and executing them. A strong understanding of storytelling through space, interaction, and environment is essential. Experience in B2B brand experiences and a willingness to experiment with new technologies like AR/VR and AI are also required.

Responsibilities

This role involves leading the development of original event concepts, themes, and creative visions that align with strategic objectives. The Art Director will provide visual direction to internal teams, freelancers, agencies, and production partners to ensure high-quality, on-brand execution. Responsibilities also include overseeing the creation of all event-related creative assets, such as signage, spatial design, motion graphics, video, interactive elements, and swag. Additionally, the Art Director will champion creative experimentation across IRL, virtual, and hybrid event formats and collaborate closely with internal teams like Field Marketing, Sales, and Product Marketing.
