Candidates need 8-10+ years of agency or in-house experience in interactive visual design for web, mobile, and apps, a digital portfolio showing end-to-end concepts from sketches to launch, and experience leading teams of designers.
You’ll receive mentorship from a Creative Director, lead a team of designers, photographers, and illustrators, and collaborate cross-functionally with writers, UX designers, creative technologists, and developers.
A strong candidate has a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes like hand sketches, wireframes, iterations, and launches, plus proven experience leading cross-functional teams to creative excellence with pixel-perfect design.
