Requirements

Candidates must be 21 years of age in accordance with US DOT standards and ASRB requirements, possess a valid driver’s license with 3 years driving history, have a High School diploma or equivalent, and prefer experience in the security industry, military, or law enforcement. Obtaining and maintaining relevant State Regulatory Board Armed Security Officer licenses and a Medical Examiners Certificate via US DOT approved medical examiners are also required.

Responsibilities

The Armed Cash Transport Driver/Messenger is responsible for driving armored vehicles on designated routes, providing service to customer locations such as branch delivery/pick up, performing ATM replenishment/deposit pick up, and safe replenishment/deposit pick up. They must load/unload vehicle inventory, secure inventories by executing controls and ensuring compliance with security procedures, report all incidents and discrepancies, document departmental work, ensure compliance with security regulations and policies, maintain strict confidentiality of client information, complete training, and adhere to all security procedures and policies. Additionally, they will serve as a resource to clients while demonstrating excellent communication skills and efficient service, and perform other duties as assigned.
