Responsibilities

  • Implement the service strategy for a specific site or local geographic area
  • Drive the achievement of operational and commercial business objectives through leading and coaching technical teams
  • Partner with the Market Service Director, commercial account community, and other peer management staff to execute on business growth and drive customer satisfaction
  • Serve as a point of contact for local critical customer issues related to service and customer support
  • Develop strong internal and external relationships to improve outcomes for customers, market share, and profitability
  • Establish and maintain contact to provide ongoing technical and business support to assigned customers

  • Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or focused execution of professional activities within a technical discipline
  • Responsible for all resources and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property

  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy
  • Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience
  • May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements
  • Convey performance expectations and handle sensitive issues
