Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, college, or military
  • Lives in or willing to relocate to Kansas City and/or surrounding areas (primarily remote position)

Responsibilities

  • Implement the service strategy for the specific site or local geographic area
  • Drive achievement of operational and commercial business objectives through leading and coaching technical teams
  • Partner with Market Service Director, local commercial account community, and peer management staff to execute business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Serve as single point of contact for local critical customer issues related to service and customer support
  • Develop strong internal and external relationships to improve customer outcomes, market share, and profitability
  • Act as single point of contact to customers for timely resolution of concerns across support services for assigned region, product, or coverage area
  • Maintain knowledge of assigned region, coverage area, product lines, configurations, and installations; provide direct access to internal functions
  • Establish and maintain ongoing technical and business support to assigned customers in designated geographic region or coverage area
  • Handle departmental operations planning/execution or execution of professional activities within a technical discipline
  • Manage all resources and logistics for services and maintenance activities on customers' sites/properties, including preventive/remedial maintenance, facility management, and field services engineering
  • Lead people with ability to hire and develop talent, including direct people management, staffing, and performance development
  • Utilize in-depth technical knowledge, analytical thinking, and experience to execute policy/strategy
  • Apply knowledge of best practices, market integration, competition, and differentiating factors
  • Use judgment to propose solutions outside set parameters for complicated processes with technical variety or interdependent cycles
  • Act as resource for less experienced colleagues, lead small low-risk projects, explain information, develop team consensus, convey performance expectations, and handle sensitive issues
  • Function with autonomy guided by policies, with ability to modify procedures as long as end results meet standards (quality, volume, timeliness)
