Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in Services & Customer Service Management) for roles in the USA
Advanced experience in Services & Customer Service Management
Ability to hire and develop talent, including direct people management responsibility, staffing, and performance development
In-depth knowledge of a technical discipline, best practices, competition, and market differentiation factors
Legally authorized to work in the United States (no employment visa sponsorship)
Successful completion of a drug screen (as applicable)

Responsibilities

Act as the single point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns covering a wide variety of support services for assigned region, product, or coverage area
Maintain knowledge of assigned region, coverage area, or product lines, their associated configuration installations, and serve as the direct access to internal functions to support the customer
Establish and maintain contact to provide ongoing technical and business support to assigned customers in designated geographic region or coverage area
Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or focused execution of professional activities within a technical discipline, with some autonomy guided by policies or review of end results
Modify procedures and practices as needed, ensuring end results meet standards of quality, volume, and timeliness
Utilize analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy, propose solutions outside set parameters for complicated manufacturing processes, and use multiple internal/external sources for decisions
Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience, lead small projects with low risks, explain information, develop skills to bring team members to consensus, convey performance expectations, and handle sensitive issues
