Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in Services & Customer Service Management) for roles in the USA
  • Advanced experience in Services & Customer Service Management
  • Ability to hire and develop talent, including direct people management responsibility, staffing, and performance development
  • In-depth knowledge of a technical discipline, best practices, competition, and market differentiation factors
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States (no employment visa sponsorship)
  • Successful completion of a drug screen (as applicable)

Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns covering a wide variety of support services for assigned region, product, or coverage area
  • Maintain knowledge of assigned region, coverage area, or product lines, their associated configuration installations, and serve as the direct access to internal functions to support the customer
  • Establish and maintain contact to provide ongoing technical and business support to assigned customers in designated geographic region or coverage area
  • Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or focused execution of professional activities within a technical discipline, with some autonomy guided by policies or review of end results
  • Modify procedures and practices as needed, ensuring end results meet standards of quality, volume, and timeliness
  • Utilize analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy, propose solutions outside set parameters for complicated manufacturing processes, and use multiple internal/external sources for decisions
  • Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience, lead small projects with low risks, explain information, develop skills to bring team members to consensus, convey performance expectations, and handle sensitive issues
