Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or other related field
More than 5 years of experience in sales and marketing
At least 1 year in a managerial level (preferred)
Knowledgeable with tires such as tire construction, product performance, tire testing, and tire segmentation, preferably with work experience in the tire industry
Work experience in building partnerships with the local market, fleet channel management, key account management, field sales operations, technical and product training, and market intelligence
Experience in handling West Java is an advantage
Excellent financial acumen, selling, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in the English language
Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
Responsible for sales target and market share achievement in accordance with the commercial sales overall strategy
Handle geo expansion, develop new distribution opportunities, and improve market share by conducting fleet visit and collaborating with the distributor sales team
Promote and sell Goodyear commercial tires through fleet development, total tire management solution and sales programs execution within the assigned area
Handle market intelligence and update on a timely basis competitors' activities, inclusive of competitor pricing programs, marketing activities and product survey
Manage field sales operational expenses within the assigned area
