Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role within the automotive, tire, or agricultural machinery industry
Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of the agricultural sector and farm tire market dynamics in India
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to travel extensively within the Jodhpur region
Valid driver's license
Knowledge of local language (e.g., Marwari/Hindi) is highly preferred
Responsibilities
Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for farm replacement tires in the Jodhpur area
Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities to expand the dealer network within the assigned territory
Managing, supporting, and motivating existing dealers to drive sales performance and ensure consistent product availability
Conducting regular market visits to assess customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities, and sharing timely insights with management
Organizing and participating in dealer meetings, product training sessions, and promotional events to strengthen market engagement
Monitoring and analyzing sales data, preparing reports on sales performance, market share, and competitor analysis
Ensuring timely collection of payments from dealers and effectively managing credit limits
Collaborating with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives
Maintaining in-depth product knowledge of Goodyear’s farm replacement tire portfolio and competitor offerings
Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
