Responsibilities

  • Achieve business objectives in designated sales territory while adhering to sales processes
  • Achieve Monthly Volume / POS Targets, including 16" & above in GY and 14" & above in Kelly
  • Appoint new dealers, onboard new BROs, and increase market share
  • Plan, execute, and report on sales activities in assigned sales area
  • Monitor sales performance against agreed targets and recommend/implement remedial actions where necessary
  • Adhere to the Beat Plan & PJP
  • Provide feedback on competitor activities, pricing, and market movements
  • Deliver on AOP (Volume, product mix, Channel activation & expansion)
  • Maintain strong relationships with key dealers (BRO/MBR)
  • Support and coordinate with dealers, ensuring smooth order placement and timely collections, and step in during their absence when required
  • Cooperate with other departments to implement approved service solutions effectively
  • Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports
  • Deliver periodical progress reports and proactively submit recommendations for improving the approach to the marketplace
