Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in field sales, preferably in the automotive, tyre, or FMCG industry
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share in competitive environments
  • Experience successfully appointing and managing dealer networks, and understanding the dynamics of channel development
  • Experience working with volume-driven KPIs and confidently reporting on performance metrics like AOP, SOA, and SOM

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly volume and POS targets across the territory
  • Drive sales of 16" & above in GY and 14" & above in Kelly
  • Identify and appoint new Dealers and BROs to expand market footprint
  • Monitor performance against targets and take corrective action when needed
  • Strictly adhere to Beat Plan and Permanent Journey Plan (PJP)
  • Track competitor pricing and activities and share timely feedback
  • Work toward achieving Annual Operating Plan (AOP) goals, including volume, product mix, and channel expansion
  • Actively contribute to improving Share of Accounts (SOA) and Share of Market (SOM)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key Dealers (BROs/MBRs)
  • Support dealers by coordinating orders and payments, especially during their absence
  • Collaborate with other departments to implement approved service solutions
  • Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports
