Requirements

  • Laurea universitaria (MBA or Master in Management Commerciale / Commercio Internazionale considered a plus)
  • Excellent command of Italian and English (knowledge of Spanish or another language considered a plus)
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office package
  • Knowledge of an ERP system (preferably Navision)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with strong focus on commercial development

Responsibilities

  • Identify, contact, and open new dealerships in the assigned territory to create a solid and efficient network in key cities and regions
  • Develop long-term commercial relationships with potential dealerships, evaluating their ability to represent the brand and ensuring alignment with company values and objectives
  • Negotiate commercial agreements with new dealerships, ensuring favorable conditions and promoting sustainable network growth
  • Implement market penetration strategies adapted to the specific characteristics of the territory, ensuring brand visibility and recognition
  • Develop commercial strategies adapted to the territory and manage B2C and B2B sales channels
  • Lead the process of opening new points of sale, ensuring proper application of commercial and marketing policies
  • Promote the brand image and values, collaborating closely with dealerships to maximize presence in points of sale
  • Support new dealerships in starting operations, providing tools and training for success in selling Silence vehicles
  • Monitor network performance, offering ongoing support in commercial strategies, marketing, and sales management
  • Ensure compliance with the brand's image and communication standards
  • Maintain close and effective relationships with the dealership network to ensure loyalty and strategic alignment
  • Regularly analyze commercial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures
  • Achieve commercial objectives in terms of new dealerships and generated sales
  • Prepare commercial reports and present results to the Country Manager
  • Conduct frequent visits to potential and current dealerships, participate in major events and trade fairs in the electric mobility sector
  • Execute and supervise commercial strategies in the territory, accompanying dealerships in their sales activities
  • Coordinate with other departments (marketing, logistics, after-sales) to achieve objectives
