Responsibilities

  • Implement sales activities to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goals for the assigned area/territory
  • Support Regional Sales Business Manager to promote products to individual doctors and hospitals in the assigned region
  • Reach out to identify new business opportunities by means of tenders and government businesses
  • Ensure efficient use of company's demo units in the territory
  • Collaborate and cooperate with RSM/RBM as and when required
  • Retain key accounts and explore new accounts/business opportunities to build Stryker's customer pool
  • Identify, develop, and manage different channels of business (distributors and direct sales) in the area
  • Provide solutions to customers to meet their specifications on the basis of techno-commercial discussions
  • Upgrade existing customers to newer technologies
