Requirements

  • B.E/B.Tech (Food Science or Mechanical or equivalent); MBA will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 8-10 years relevant experience, preferably from F&B industry
  • Experience of selling systems
  • Experience or exposure with projects
  • Experience in sales of specialty chemicals / consumables or other equipment
  • Ability to travel – 80% travelling
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer account plans designed to achieve order, revenue, pricing and margin projections
  • Lead formulation and execution of sales strategy
  • Create and deploy new product and application sales tools, including success stories, customer presentations, installation lists, ROI calculations and sample proposals
  • Monitor competitive activity at existing customers
  • Create and maintain customer profile and SWOT for assigned accounts including sales potential, operating structure, sites, contacts, and other information as needed
  • Identify new opportunities in existing accounts & focused/new markets
  • Build relationship with all key stakeholders to make Pall a consultant for any filtration need
  • Lead and drive sales in South India region (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra, Kerala) and Sri Lanka within the Food and Beverages industry
  • Develop strategy, tactical plan and coordination with the support team to meet budget and goals of the company
