The pay range is $25 - $27 per hour.
The core hours are Sunday – Thursday from 6:00 PM – 12:30 AM, plus two flexible hours to complete an 8-hour shift, with 70% field-based and 30% remote administrative work. A company vehicle is provided.
Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, supervisory experience (preferred), organizational skills, tech-savviness with Microsoft Office, data-driven analytical skills, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities.
You'll manage a team of 15 to 40 part-time Service Valets across 20 to 40 multifamily communities, fostering a culture of accountability, open communication, and continuous improvement.
Strong candidates have at least one year of supervisory experience in a hands-on environment, are organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, data-driven, strong communicators, and effective problem solvers with a valid driver's license.
