Requirements

  • Spain based candidates must have finished their degree or equivalent in the last 3 years and must not have had this type of contract previously
  • The length of the contract is up to 12 months
  • Fluent Spanish and English language (Portuguese is a plus)
  • Driving License
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in related business or technical/clinical field
  • Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages
  • Solid presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region as well as to nationwide sales meetings and tradeshows
  • Team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset
  • Willingness to be flexible/adapt to changing work environments

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert clinical support throughout the sales process for the Cardiac Care PCS product portfolio across Iberia
  • Conduct product demonstrations and application trainings
  • Assist with the preparation and completion of tender documentation
  • Translate technical and clinical materials
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective product positioning and customer engagement
  • Develop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers on software, application and/or equipment use
  • Monitor customer installations within assigned territory/region to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships
  • Improve customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuing education
  • Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and promotion as well as customer training
  • Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies
  • Produce well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs
  • Provide pre-sale product demonstrations (or clinical trial support) as well as post-sale installation, training and/or customer service activities to support sales objectives
