Requirements

Spain based candidates must have finished their degree or equivalent in the last 3 years and must not have had this type of contract previously
The length of the contract is up to 12 months
Fluent Spanish and English language (Portuguese is a plus)
Driving License
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in related business or technical/clinical field
Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages
Solid presentation skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Willingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region as well as to nationwide sales meetings and tradeshows
Team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset
Willingness to be flexible/adapt to changing work environments

Responsibilities

Provide expert clinical support throughout the sales process for the Cardiac Care PCS product portfolio across Iberia
Conduct product demonstrations and application trainings
Assist with the preparation and completion of tender documentation
Translate technical and clinical materials
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective product positioning and customer engagement
Develop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers on software, application and/or equipment use
Monitor customer installations within assigned territory/region to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships
Improve customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuing education
Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and promotion as well as customer training
Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies
Produce well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs
Provide pre-sale product demonstrations (or clinical trial support) as well as post-sale installation, training and/or customer service activities to support sales objectives
