Purpose Overview

We are hiring two appointment setters to source, qualify, and schedule meetings with commercial real estate developers, brokers, and investors. This is a critical role on our sales team, focused on generating deal flow and building relationships through consistent outreach and high-level conversations. You will use cold calling, LinkedIn messaging, and email outreach to book meetings for our capital advisors. The role requires strong verbal communication, attention to detail, and comfort in a structured outbound sales process.

Key Outcomes (First 6 Months)

  • Book qualified calls with CRE developers/investors: 20+ meetings/month (35%)
  • Maintain show-up rate: >70% (Weekly report from CRM) (20%)
  • Adhere to outreach process and cadence: 90% task completion rate (15%)
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and notes: Weekly CRM audit score (10%)
  • Provide weekly performance updates: Consistent team reporting (10%)
  • Demonstrate understanding of our CRE value proposition: Training assessments & roleplays (10%)

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls and follow-up outreach
  • Research prospects and build tailored outreach using templates
  • Manage LinkedIn and email campaigns to engage target contacts
  • Maintain a clean CRM with detailed notes on all touchpoints
  • Schedule appointments and ensure confirmations and handoffs
  • Join weekly team syncs to review performance and adjust approach
