Requirements

Candidates must possess a BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, or Mathematics, along with relevant industry experience. Responsibilities

The Applied Scientist will develop ML algorithms for recommendations, ranking, and search to enhance discovery on Twitch. They will collaborate with senior scientists and engineers to deploy ML code into production. Additionally, they will partner with Product and Engineering teams to address customer discovery challenges and determine impactful ML solutions. Participation in the scientific community within Twitch, Amazon, and the broader ML risk community is expected.
