Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • 15 years full-time education (Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or equivalent)
  • Must have skills: Network Security Operations, Cisco FTD, Juniper SRX, Palo Alto, Fortinet
  • Mandatory basic networking skills: Routing & Switching (CCNA, JNCIA equivalent)
  • Proficiency in network security implementation and operations
  • Experience in designing and deployment of SDWAN network
  • Strong understanding of network security principles and operations
  • Experience in implementing and managing network security solutions
  • Knowledge of firewall technologies and malware detection systems
  • Familiarity with network protocols and network security best practices
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework for service management
  • Hands-on experience with security monitoring tools
  • Good to have skills: Zscaler, Prisma Access, Forti-SASE, Cisco ISE, IPSec VPN; Cloud Networking, Automation, Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF)
  • Relevant professional certifications (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, or Aruba) preferred
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Flexible to work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekends
  • Ability to work under pressure and in 24x7 environments
  • Experience in global operations or managed service environments is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Act as software detectives, identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems
  • Serve as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application
  • Use exceptional communication skills to keep systems running and maintain high level of communication with clients
  • Accurately define client issues and design resolutions based on deep product knowledge
  • Interface with clients, interpret and resolve issues, and ensure smooth system operations
  • Be flexible to work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekends
  • Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborate and manage the team to perform
  • Responsible for team decisions
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
  • Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their issues and provide effective resolutions
  • Interpret client issues and design appropriate solutions
  • Ensure smooth system operations by monitoring and resolving technical issues
  • Keep clients informed about the progress of their issues
