Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in Network Engineering Planning and Deployment Solution
2 to 3 years’ experience in HFC/Fiber Network Planning and designs
Good knowledge in Telecom Network Topologies in FTTx, EPON, GPON, GEPON, and COAX Network
Hands-on experience in CAD/GIS design tools such as QGIS, MapInfo, Spatial Net GIS, AutoCAD
Good experience in High level planning and Network Design, As-Built designs, Desktop QI & Defects resolution
Ability to perform RF designing for Amplifiers, nodes, taps and power calculations
Ability to prepare Bill of Materials/Bill of Quantity (BOM/BOQ)
Ability to provide support for ad-hoc and Field Engineering requirements
Good logical thinking with engineering standard documents analysis and expert skills in source documents interpretations
Ability to interact with client and clear queries on priority basis
Very good understanding of field construction
Good English communication (Oral and Written) skills
Proficiency in Network Engineering Planning and Deployment Solution (Must-have)
Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures
Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
Ability to design and implement network solutions that meet business needs
Familiarity with security protocols and best practices in network management

Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Actively participate/contribute in team discussions
Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems
Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support
Document and maintain records of issues and resolutions to enhance knowledge sharing
Analyze system performance, troubleshoot problems, and collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
