Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience
15 years full-time education (Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or equivalent)
Must have skills: SD-WAN Operations, Cisco Viptela, Cisco Meraki, Juniper MIST, Prisma SDWAN, Fortinet SDWAN, CATO SDWAN, Versa SDWAN, HPE Silverpeak
Mandatory basic networking skills: Routing & Switching (CCNA, JNCIA equivalent)
Proficiency in SD-WAN Operations and implementation
Strong understanding of network protocols and configurations
Experience in designing and deployment of SDWAN network
Experience in troubleshooting network connectivity issues
Knowledge of ITIL framework for service management
Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools
Good to have skills: BGP, OSPF, HSRP, VRRP, STP, SVI, VTP
Good to have knowledge: Cloud Networking, Automation, Wireless, Firewalls
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to work under pressure and in 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekends
Flexible to work in 24x7 rotational shifts
Relevant professional certifications (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, or Aruba) preferred
Experience in global operations or managed service environments is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide timely and effective technical support to clients
Troubleshoot and resolve system or application issues
Document client issues and resolutions for future reference
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Actively participate/contribute in team discussions
Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems
Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application
