Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience (with additional note of minimum 2 years in Oracle Applications Development)
15 years full-time education
Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Application Development (Must Have)
Proficiency in Oracle Applications Development (Must Have)
Strong understanding of application support processes and methodologies
Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application issues
Familiarity with database management and SQL
Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and services
Good to have: Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite
Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks
Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives, ensuring scalability, responsible use, and value realization

Responsibilities

Act as software detectives, identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems
Collaborate with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve application-related problems
Ensure business operations run smoothly and efficiently
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on system changes and enhancements
Document solutions and processes to improve future support efforts
Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using GenAI and Agentic AI to address business challenges, automate processes, and integrate insights into workflows
Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Actively participate and contribute in team discussions
Contribute to providing solutions for work-related problems
Assist in the development and implementation of application support processes
Provide training and guidance to junior team members on best practices
