Requirements

Basic IT experience, preferably in service desk support or as a system super user
Understanding of IT systems and applications, with a proactive attitude toward learning new business tools
Ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues

Responsibilities

Deliver daily support to users for a variety of business applications, including but not limited to ERP, CRM, and Rillion
Manage administrative responsibilities such as user access and delivery services aligned with the service catalog
Resolve incidents and monitor application performance
Participate in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics D365FO and assume responsibility for global day-to-day support in alignment with the project plan
Work collaboratively with IT and business teams around the world, including service desk teams, super users, system experts, and other global IT teams to ensure smooth system operations and prompt resolution of service requests
