Requirements

  • Strong Ultrasound experience from previous roles in similar positions or from healthcare sector (Clinical and/or Sales)
  • Willingness to travel within Denmark and sometimes to nationwide sales meetings and tradeshows
  • Thorough understanding of the customers needs and a strong customer centric mindset
  • Strong oral and written presentation/communication skills
  • Team player who actively participates in ongoing dialogues to improve internal processes, results and solutions
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple priorities at one time
  • Ability to document, coordinate, and execute
  • Eager to learn new systems and an instinctive ambition to improve processes
  • Able to keep focused under pressure
  • Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve
  • Fluent in Danish and English

Responsibilities

  • Providing the required pre-sale product demonstrations and presentations
  • Post-sale installation, training and/or customer service activities to support sales objectives
  • Support sales from marketing and funnel creation through the whole sales process
  • Secure delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Support in public tenders and preferably know-how about rules and guidelines
  • Provide technical and clinical leadership during sales process
  • Support trade shows and professional conferences
  • Develop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers on software, application and equipment use
  • Monitor customer installations to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships
  • Improve customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuing education and customer awareness
  • Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies
