Requirements

Minimum 15 years of experience in Kinaxis
Proficiency in Kinaxis (must-have skill)
15 years full-time education
Strong understanding of application design and architecture principles
Strong design and software configuration skills with good command over data models
Experience in project management methodologies and tools (good to have)
Experience with supply chain management systems (good to have)
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
Rapid Response Solution Consultant or Solution Architect certification (plus)

Responsibilities

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact
Play solution architect role on Kinaxis implementation projects
Engage with client stakeholders to understand requirements, carry out fit-gap analysis, design and document solutions, and guide configuration team to implement the solution
Drive conversations with client business stakeholders
Work with development functions, business lines, product teams, and technology stakeholders to derive the technology future state and roadmaps
Drive designs that balance business efficiency, system performance, security, and compliance whilst conforming to architectural and security standards
Act as Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience in Kinaxis
Demonstrate influencing and advisory skills
Take responsibility for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders
Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in application development
Collaborate with various teams to ensure application development aligns with business objectives
Oversee implementation of solutions that meet user needs and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
