Strong expertise in AWS (CDK, Amplify), Node.js, and TypeScript
Must have skills: AWS Application Integration

Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks
Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives, ensuring scalability, responsible use, and value realization
AI-first mindset for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade solutions

Responsibilities

Lead backend development using AWS CDK, AWS Amplify, Node.js, and TypeScript
Manage the development team and drive sprint deliverables to closure within defined timelines
Participate in design discussions with the Architecture team and provide technical direction
Implement review processes, conduct code reviews, and provide feedback
Collaborate with QA team to resolve defects in a timely manner
Support Operations team in production issue resolution and escalation management
Ensure adherence to coding standards, development best practices, and quality benchmarks
Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows
