Requirements

Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA
Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA (must-have skill)
Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration suite, RPA, Information Capture Core (must-have skills)
Educational Qualification: BTech or MTech or MCA with IT or CSE or EEE or ECE
15 years full-time education
Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies
Experience with performance tuning and optimization of SAP applications
Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP and other systems
Ability to mentor junior team members and provide constructive feedback

Responsibilities

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications
Act as the primary point of contact
Collaborate with various teams to ensure application development aligns with business objectives
Oversee project timelines
Facilitate communication among stakeholders
Guide the team through technical challenges
Ensure best practices are followed throughout the development process
Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
