Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium
Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver and frameworks like TestNG or Cucumber
Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, or C#)
Expertise in CI/CD integration (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps)
Knowledge of cross-browser testing and debugging
Strong understanding of automated testing frameworks and methodologies
Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices
Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or Python
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot application issues effectively
Knowledge of BDD framework for Selenium
Good to know TOSCA Automation

Responsibilities

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact
Collaborate with various teams to ensure project milestones are met
Facilitate discussions to address challenges
Guide the team in implementing effective solutions
Engage in strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational objectives
Ensure all stakeholders are informed and involved in the development process
Drive innovation and efficiency within the application development lifecycle
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages team growth and success
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions

Develop Selenium-based automation frameworks
Create and maintain reusable scripts for web and mobile applications

Train QA teams on Selenium and ensure script quality
Implement test reporting and enhance automation coverage
