Responsibilities

  • Design new QuickBase applications and enhance/maintain existing ones based on business needs to streamline processes and improve efficiencies
  • Build and maintain SharePoint sites to meet department needs
  • Maintain existing departmental applications
  • Simplify, streamline, and improve efficiencies for the department
  • Collaborate with colleagues to understand direction, listen to needs, and design intuitive technology solutions with end users in mind
  • Use end-to-end (E2E) technology lifecycle to build and launch new applications: listen to needs, document requirements, develop/present solutions, perform testing/user testing, launch, provide training/documentation, and keep workgroup apprised of status/timing
  • Provide user support, data queries, and mentor users on pulling data for reporting
  • Ensure data security and validate data integrity
  • Research/consult on appropriate application solutions and stay apprised of new/emerging technology
  • Consult/advise management on current technology state and future solutions based on department goals/mission
  • Support internal/external business partners and senior leadership with reporting and data extracts
  • Identify/implement ways to streamline practices, increase efficiency, and reduce costs
  • Provide timely and effective communication to constituents
  • Forecast departmental changes, analyze regulatory complaint trends, prioritize innovation opportunities, allocate team resources, and collaborate with stakeholders for accurate/insightful reporting aligned with business objectives
