Responsibilities

Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using GenAI and Agentic AI to address business challenges, automate processes, and integrate insights into workflows
Act as Subject Matter Expert, making team decisions and providing cross-team solutions
Engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide problem-solving insights
Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders
Mentor junior professionals in best practices and application development methodologies
Collaborate with teams to understand needs, develop solutions, and align applications with business objectives
Enhance application performance and user experience through insights and recommendations
