Skill in Tech for Operations - Automation Anywhere
Ability to identify and assess complex problems requiring in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives
Experience in setting strategic direction and establishing near-term goals
Ability to interact with senior management levels at client and/or Accenture, involving negotiating or influencing on significant matters
Latitude in decision-making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments
Experience managing large teams and/or work efforts (even in individual contributor role)
Availability to work in rotational shifts

Responsibilities

Identify and assess complex problems for area(s) of responsibility
Create solutions in situations requiring in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives
Set strategic direction to establish near-term goals for area(s) of responsibility
Interact with senior management levels at client and/or Accenture, negotiating or influencing on significant matters
Make decisions with lasting impact on area of responsibility and potential to impact areas outside own responsibility
Manage large teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture
Work as part of the Technology for Operations team providing innovative and secure technologies to build intelligent operating models
Collaborate closely with sales, offering, and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions (including AHO, ISMT, Intelligent Automation)
Automate processes end-to-end with cognitive software robots using Automation Anywhere Enterprise
