Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in securities products, an operations background, and client-facing experience (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Understanding of the trade life cycle
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment
  • Self-motivated approach with a high work ethic and superior attention to detail
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively, explain, and challenge as appropriate
  • Problem-solving skills to identify, understand, and address operational and technical issues

  • Authorized to work in Hong Kong (or in Australia if applying for the role in Australia)

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily activities relating to client trade booking, reconciliation, and ensure all daily activities and controls are completed in a timely manner
  • Trade allocation and confirmation generation to clients
  • Trade day cash and stock reconciliation
  • Participate in projects, change initiatives, and office administration
  • Drive the implementation of a front-to-back model to improve client experience and operational efficiency
