Requirements

10 years of experience in securities products, an operations background, and client-facing experience (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree
Understanding of the trade life cycle
Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment
Self-motivated approach with a high work ethic and superior attention to detail
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively, explain, and challenge as appropriate
Problem-solving skills to identify, understand, and address operational and technical issues
Growth mindset and passion for constant improvement and transformation
Authorized to work in Hong Kong (or in Australia if applying for the role in Australia)

Responsibilities

Perform daily activities relating to client trade booking, reconciliation, and ensure all daily activities and controls are completed in a timely manner
Trade allocation and confirmation generation to clients
Trade day cash and stock reconciliation
Participate in projects, change initiatives, and office administration
Drive the implementation of a front-to-back model to improve client experience and operational efficiency
