Requirements

  • 4+ years of quota-carrying experience in a client-facing Account Executive role selling to similar clients

Responsibilities

  • Building and owning the entire sales process, including negotiating and closing contracts, client retention, renewals, upsells, and client satisfaction
  • Engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and explaining how Alchemy’s product solves their problems
  • Reaching out to new leads via various communication channels and generating excitement for introductory calls
  • Educating cryptocurrency companies about blockchain nodes and how to troubleshoot infrastructure issues (training resources provided)
  • Tracking, analyzing, and finding ways to improve sales campaigns and the overall sales process
  • Collaborating across internal business and technology teams to drive desired business outcomes for customers
  • Refining and establishing processes to support the company’s evolving needs
  • Demonstrated ability to develop long-term, trustworthy strategic relationships with senior-level executives and technical individuals
  • Creating and articulating compelling value propositions
  • Owning, managing, and reporting using a CRM, ensuring the system is up-to-date and relevant metrics are input
  • Providing customer feedback to the product and engineering teams, informing product development
  • Working with support teams and communicating with customers pre- and post-sales
  • Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
  • Responding and communicating quickly with customers
