Responsibilities

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of client's website architecture, online business model, and online marketing strategy
  • Narrow down problem statements through research of client website, financial reports, client interviews, and industry insights
  • Prioritize issues, use cases, and analysis based on impact and feasibility
  • Make recommendations based on analysis and industry drivers to impact customer’s digital strategy
  • Gather, document, and guide client business requirements, key performance indicators, and functional requirements
  • Support internal technical consultants, client's developers, and third parties throughout implementation from a business perspective
  • Support clients in reporting, dashboarding, and ad-hoc analysis requirements
  • Use web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Adobe Target, Google Optimize, Optimizely) and Excel to derive insights from omni-channel digital data
  • Identify customer pain points and ideate for improving user engagement on digital channels
  • Identify key business-impacting use cases, prioritize them, build roadmaps, and support campaign setup using Target tool
  • Build detailed wireframes and manage creative production to accomplish testing goals
  • Outline analytics maturity phases and help clients advance their analytics maturity curve
  • Act as primary business owner of Digital Analytics & Analytics implementation across customer touchpoints
  • Manage customer expectations, keep projects on schedule and within scope
  • Educate clients on best practices related to their industry and business requirements
  • Keep accurate daily records of client billable time
  • Act as key strategic consultant for clients
  • Innovate with business analysis approaches, including advanced analytics for unique problems
  • Mentor and teach additional team members
