Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Build rigorous knowledge of client's business priorities, challenges, and strategic objectives; build effective relationships at all levels to position NielsenIQ as a valued strategic partner
  • Gain insight into personal goals and priorities of key client stakeholders and identify how NielsenIQ can help them achieve success
  • Identify selling opportunities through day-to-day engagements and analysis, handing off qualified opportunities to Account Development
  • Lead NPS process for clients, reviewing success metrics and client satisfaction to maximize satisfaction; act as Voice of Customer, advocating for client needs (e.g., data quality escalation or reporting)
  • Become a category expert; engage with client industry, categories, and market trends; challenge client hypotheses and bring new perspectives
  • Make recommendations based on rigorous analysis and compelling insight stories, leveraging multiple data sources, business understanding, and commercial awareness
  • Leverage NielsenIQ tools to advance customer business objectives through strategic thought leadership and flawless execution
  • Manage workload effectively, prioritizing client commitments alongside internal responsibilities; apply strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Maintain and deliver work log trackers and project plans where applicable
