Candidates are required to have 2-5 years of experience in web analytics implementation or a similar technical analytics role, along with strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and a familiarity with data integration concepts. They must also demonstrate an understanding of privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
As an Analytics Engineer, the candidate will collaborate with Web and Development teams to implement and maintain scalable web analytics tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Segment; define and maintain structured data layer requirements; configure and maintain key analytics tools including GA4, BigQuery, Looker Studio, and Tableau; perform QA and debugging of analytics tags and data flows; optimize data integration between the Customer Data Platform (CDP) and GA4; support integration of web analytics data with BI platforms and data warehouses; ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy; monitor and ensure compliance with privacy regulations; partner with cross-functional teams to define data requirements; contribute to strategic initiatives; maintain tracking specifications and documentation; support GA4 analysis and reporting; create and maintain dashboards; and continuously drive improvements in tracking capabilities and stakeholder enablement.
