Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in market research or in a line function in industry in marketing, sales, or consulting
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Ability to independently create demanding, complex, and meaningful data analyses, interpret them, and discuss them substantively
  • Strong collaboration with internal teams (especially Account Managers - Sales, Customer Success, Business Units) to identify growth opportunities and plan targeted customer activities
  • Empathy, customer orientation, and diplomatic skills
  • Pronounced communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the FMCG sector and with consumer and/or retail panels is advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Build strong partnerships with defined customers to achieve high customer satisfaction, in line with contractual agreements (optimal service model/mix, goal of customer self-service)
  • Achieve high client engagement through strong and intensive networking with relevant stakeholders at defined customers
  • Gain comprehensive understanding of the NielsenIQ product portfolio & technology (CX) and proactively position it with customers
  • Continuously expand knowledge of business topics, markets, and NielsenIQ products
  • Gain comprehensive understanding of customer concerns, identify problems, and define solutions with stakeholders
  • Understand customer business needs and conduct strategic workshops based on their goals to generate added value and opportunities for business questions
  • Support budget achievement, e.g., through close coordination with Account Managers on revenue opportunities such as recommendations following analyses
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the NIQ world, ensuring effective project management and continuous customer development
