Fifteen (15) years of direct/relevant TechSIGINT experience in signals analysis (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, and/or PROFORMA) and/or design and engineering or aerospace, communications, electronic or industrial systems
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mathematics, Communications, or Computer Science fields or related discipline from an accredited college or university (Four (04) years of additional relevant experience on projects with similar processes may be substituted; relevant experience must be in signals analysis (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, and/or PROFORMA) and/or design and engineering or aerospace, communications, electronic or industrial systems)
Experience on a minimum of one (01) of the following legacy TechSIGINT applications: MARTES/FIS-MARTES, CATS, DEL, WEBENGRAFT, FISNET, FISMARKET, TEBAG, PacketSwing, STK, DVT, TASMANIA, CHAUEE, REDHAWK, MEERKAT, or ESP
