Requirements

  • Strong curiosity to understand J&J's long-term and short-term strategies, focusing on assigned service level strengths and challenges

Responsibilities

  • Implement key recruitment initiatives to acquire top talents
  • Advocate for outstanding candidate experience to attract and acquire high-caliber talents
  • Utilize sophisticated recruiting technologies to locate and engage prospective candidates efficiently
  • Maintain confidentiality and operate with poise and integrity in a sophisticated, evolving environment
  • Demonstrate an agile approach to recruiting by adopting new technologies and building/implementing talent attraction strategies for volume-based roles
  • Build balanced candidate pipelines to provide outstanding customer experiences
  • Shape and develop initiatives to drive increased quality of hire and decrease time to fill
  • Enable process excellence in recruiting and encourage a talent advisor approach with customers and teams
  • Collaborate and influence the hiring team to improve J&J's behavioral and competency-based interview methodology
  • Coach Hiring Managers or Teams on interviewing and candidate assessment techniques
  • Ensure close collaboration with Hiring Managers and Recruitment Onboarding teams
  • Craft competitive offer package recommendations to line managers and partner with hiring teams to create neutral strategies for higher conversion rates
  • Ensure data integrity by accurately and timely providing all candidate information in the recruitment technology
  • Manage talent data, translate it into talent stories, and incorporate external elements like market data and insights
