Requirements

BA/BS in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent
4 years of hands-on experience in SAP IBP implementation and support projects
Understanding of supply chain planning needs
Experience with IBP modules (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Sales and Operations Planning)
Configuration and customization of SAP IBP modules
Troubleshooting and support of SAP IBP applications
Experience with ITIL methodology
Ability to collaborate with clients, systems owners, and end users
Project management skills (driving small to medium-sized projects)

Responsibilities

Lead and participate in the full lifecycle implementation of SAP IBP projects (gathering requirements, system design, configuration, testing, and deployment)
Collaborate with clients to understand their supply chain planning needs and recommend IBP functionalities
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP IBP applications, troubleshoot issues, and deliver enhancements
Configure and customize SAP IBP modules based on client requirements
Provide support, assistance, and training to users
Drive small to medium-sized projects with planning, development, and implementation
Review and analyze existing systems, develop strategies for improvement, and create system models and specifications
Conduct in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems
Research software products to justify recommendations and support purchasing efforts
Perform other duties as assigned by Operations Supervisor
