Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a graduate degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in general ledger and accounting departments, demonstrating strong communication skills for negotiation and reconciliation, and exhibiting self-motivation, a commercially focused approach with a strong client service orientation, confidence in building relationships internally and externally, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

This Analyst - RTR role will be responsible for overseeing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes and related reporting requirements to the parent company, preparing and submitting various MIS reports such as flash reports, balance sheets, and profitability reports, analyzing P&L and balance sheet items to highlight variances, handling statutory and internal audits, addressing GL-related queries from various teams, and providing day-to-day accounting support to the agency while ensuring SOX compliance.
