Requirements

Experience working within the financial industry in a finance or accounting role with a focus on data quality and effective controls
Intellectual curiosity and the ability to challenge the status quo and suggest areas of improvement to result in more efficient and consistent processes
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt and react timely and positively in a changing and dynamic work environment
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team where the accuracy and timeliness of data are critical
Ability to develop relationships with diverse groups and various levels of financial and operating personnel
Prior experience working with Adenza (Axiom) system is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required
2-3 years of related work experience

Responsibilities

Validate and maintain the accuracy and completeness of data sets sourced into GRS, including timely updates of reference and static data
Run data quality routines to identify and resolve data issues prior to reporting
Perform data set adjustments and execute updates in the reporting system
Test changes within the system for any releases provided from the vendor
Review and action exception reports
Assist with requirements updates and testing for changes to configuration
Communicate with multiple stakeholders, including teammates, regional business, Finance IT, and vendors
