Requirements

  • Experience working within the financial industry in a finance or accounting role with a focus on data quality and effective controls
  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to challenge the status quo and suggest areas of improvement to result in more efficient and consistent processes
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt and react timely and positively in a changing and dynamic work environment

  • Ability to develop relationships with diverse groups and various levels of financial and operating personnel
  • Prior experience working with Adenza (Axiom) system is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required
  • 2-3 years of related work experience

Responsibilities

  • Validate and maintain the accuracy and completeness of data sets sourced into GRS, including timely updates of reference and static data
  • Run data quality routines to identify and resolve data issues prior to reporting
  • Perform data set adjustments and execute updates in the reporting system
  • Test changes within the system for any releases provided from the vendor
  • Review and action exception reports
  • Assist with requirements updates and testing for changes to configuration
  • Communicate with multiple stakeholders, including teammates, regional business, Finance IT, and vendors
