Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Project Management, or related field
  • 1+ years of experience within Supply Chain
  • Strong organizational and time management skills — punctual and detail-oriented
  • Team player with a can-do attitude and excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of Galaxy’s growing data center business
  • Coordinate contract management, purchase orders, and document review processes
  • Collaborate with the purchasing team, financial operations team, accounting team, vendors and counterparties
  • Manage RFPs and RFIs end-to-end, ensuring timely responses and accurate documentation
  • Support internal teams by maintaining organized records and tracking deliverables
  • Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of agreements
  • Utilize ERP systems to track, process, and report on purchasing and contract activities
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve operational workflows
