Experience in investment structuring and execution, particularly within private markets, is essential. Familiarity with legal documentation such as limited partnership agreements and purchase agreements is required. Experience managing external counsel and processing AML/KYC checks is also necessary.
The Analyst/Paralegal will support the Infrastructure investment team in transaction completion, assisting with the negotiation and review of legal documents. Responsibilities include managing external legal and tax advisors, coordinating investment closing processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and policies. They will also manage SPV setups, process corporate action memoranda, handle invoice management, and maintain legal records and databases.
