Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of paralegal experience, with at least two years of public company corporate governance or securities experience, either in-house or at a law firm. A Bachelor's Degree and a paralegal certificate or equivalent experience are required. Experience with legal operations and CLM software is preferred, and a willingness to take on a broad range of tasks is essential.

Responsibilities

The Corporate Paralegal will assist with contract management and execution, maintain corporate records, and manage entity matters including state and local license applications. They will also support stock plan administration by collaborating with Legal and Equity teams, maintain compliance calendars, ensure deadlines are met, and help coordinate legal operations across the company.
