Requirements

Candidates should have a background in IT, Computer Science Engineering, Business, or a related discipline or equivalent work experience. They need strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills, along with a strong customer focus and understanding of client expectations. Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate well within local/global teams are essential. A minimum of 3 years of packaging experience with in-depth knowledge of Flexera AdminStudio software for repackaging legacy setups and customizing 3rd party Vendor MSI's is required. Familiarity with Windows registry, file and folder security, local/domain user security, and general operating system knowledge is necessary. Experience with virtualization technologies such as Microsoft App-V 4.6/5.x, VMWare Workstation, Hyper-V, and Microsoft Intune is also required. Proficiency in VBScript, HTML, Windows PowerShell, and Batch file scripting is needed.

Responsibilities

The Analyst I Infrastructure Services will troubleshoot and resolve complex and escalated application issues using tools such as Process Monitor, Process Explorer, Dependency Walker, and Installrite. They will also be responsible for packaging legacy setups and customizing 3rd party Vendor MSI's using Flexera AdminStudio.
