Responsibilities

Revamp the Desktop app to provide native-level experiences as Motion evolves into a true suite
Dramatically improve the memory profile of the app
Support a better dynamic toolbar
Implement real-time, on-device voice transcription capabilities
Develop native-level MacOS widgets
Tackle additional high-impact projects to enhance performance and architecture, as this is the most important client used by two-thirds of users over web/mobile
