Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of technical and operational knowledge of HRIS systems and applications
  • Experience with Security configuration, implementation, and support on HRIS systems
  • Experience with Workday Security Implementation and Support would be an added advantage
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work independently or part of a group on assignments and projects

Responsibilities

  • Production support: Providing security support for the Workday platform which includes Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Payroll and Absence, but not limited to researching, and resolving security problems with Workday and/or issues with business processes plus recommendations of alternate solutions; Troubleshooting any system issues and ensuring appropriate parties are involved to resolve issues
  • Functional Support: Leading and supporting Workday security change management as well as enhancements, inquiries, errors, and data issues; Assisting Workday team members and system users with issues associated with the HR systems by investigating problems and resolving or providing detailed recommendations on resolutions
  • Manage system updates: Being responsible for evaluating security impacts on system upgrades and modifications
  • Advanced reporting: Creating reporting to support improvement opportunities as well as security audits
  • Subject matter expert: Participating in projects, advising on Workday security impacts, design, and implementation
  • Troubleshoots: ST HR related Workday security tickets via ServiceNow
