Hold a bachelor’s degree
Have 2-3 years of work experience; prior management consulting, strategy, financial services or similar experience preferred
Experience with team project work, general management, and/or analytics and conceptual problem solving
Analytically minded with strong written and verbal communication skills
Expert ability to create business insights and participate in all-star teams
Strong research and problem-solving skills, including the ability to synthesize findings and develop practical, concrete recommendations
High degree of professional integrity in verbal and written communication, suitable for executive-level conversations
